SOULFRUIT INTUITION

Lately, I've been thinking about ceremonies and rituals in regards to life's changes big and small.  For example, the changing of houses or changing jobs or changing eating habits - how can these changes be benefitted by a ritual.  I believe our spirits are nurtured by rituals and our psyches make a shift, sometimes the shift may be so subtle that it goes unnoticed by our conscious minds, but this shift still impacts our lives.
