Lately, I have breathing deeply all the way down to the lower reaches of my spine, and filling my whole body up with air. 

I’ve been doing it at night, as I lay in bed. I am, it feels embodying my body more fully. I am being present in my body, experiencing it in a way I normally don’t experience during the day. 

I breathe deep and long, sometimes I will hold my breath for a few seconds after the inhale and then slowly exhale.  I play around with my long breaths, seeing how my body feels after each one.  After a short while, I can feel my body swirling with healthy oxygen, and I can feel the oxygen reaching my brain.  

When I breathe deeply, I sleep more deeply and restfully through the whole night.
